 MARKETING ASSISTANT- JOB DESCRIPTION 

Pay rate: $25-30

In-Person- Northridge, CA 

About the Position:

We are looking for a responsible, organized individual to assist with marketing coordination and administrative support in our Northridge office. The position involves tracking outreach activity, maintaining contact lists, managing follow-ups, and supporting ongoing marketing tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who is comfortable with computers, organized with information, and good at helping others stay on track.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Documenting all marketing visits and referral source interactions in Excel or CRM.

• Tracking follow-up needs and ensuring timely outreach is completed.

• Organizing and maintaining referral contact lists and interaction history.

• Assisting in preparing and updating print and digital marketing materials.

• Coordinating communication and logistics for outreach events or drop-offs.

• Supporting basic office tasks related to marketing organization.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Excel and general computer use (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

• Excellent organization, follow-up, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and provide consistent support.

• Experience in healthcare marketing or outreach preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
