AscellaHealth is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager/Agile Program Lead to oversee execution across multiple development and integration initiatives. This role blends project management, agile coaching, and technical leadership to ensure high performance and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can balance strategic alignment with tactical delivery, and excels at holding teams accountable while supporting their growth.

This position is a hybrid role that focuses on 3 days per week of in-office work, typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with opportunities to work remotely on the other 2 days.

What the position will be doing

  • Collaborate with the PMO while going deeper into technical projects that require specialized execution oversight.
  • Support resource allocation and workload balancing across a growing team of around 20 people.
  • Contribute to organizational culture as a coach and leader who develops talent rather than just manages tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary; remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

Necessary Skills, Education & Abilities

  • A high school degree, or equivalent, is required. A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, vendor systems, and cloud data platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across software engineering, QA, product, and vendor partners.
  • Experience with Asana, Monday, or Wrike, preferred. Openness to new tools is required.
  • PMP or Agile certifications preferred but not required.
