As a trusted Solutions Architect (SA), you will help our product and platform teams understand best practices and are able to influence decision makers across multiple domains to ensure customer success in building applications and services on AWS/Azure which align to long-term business goals.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical leader and advocate for our customers, helping them to navigate AWS and Azure best practices and ensure their long-term success in building applications and services on the cloud aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to partners, driving solutions discussions with product teams, addressing complex challenges, and crafting scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
  • Strategically guide product teams and partners by working backwards from the customer's business needs to advocate for AWS and Azure technologies that foster their business goals.
  • Engage as a thought leader within the community, educating through best practices, and conducting workshops.
  • Convey product insights to influence the evolution of AWS and Azure platforms, suggesting features and services that align with customer needs.

  • You will have a direct impact on delivering products and solutions to help our clients analyze, account for and report on their financial risk. 
  • You will build tools to automate external or internal workflows to serve our clients across multiple sectors and directly contribute to revenue growth and support recurring revenue streams or streamline internal operations and processes to positively contribute to our bottom line. 
  • You will help to foster an inclusive culture where technical excellence, delivery and collaboration is encouraged.  

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in domains such as software development, cloud computing, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • Proficient in designing and executing proofs of concept, demos, and scripts, either from scratch or by repurposing existing components.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level, through workshops and large-scale events.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with clients through various stages of the sales process, including qualification, demonstration, proof of concept, and implementation.
  • Proven track record in developing technology solutions and advocating for comprehensive technology roadmaps that guide IT transformation toward cloud computing.
  • Understanding of REST principles, Service-oriented architecture, and API development 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture within a dynamic agile environment, including a deep understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET for enterprise application architecture, with a strong emphasis on solution patterns and practices.
  • Proficiency with cloud containerization services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS); familiarity with Docker is advantageous.
  • Solid background in architecting solutions with a commitment to quality, demonstrated by experience with unit testing, test-driven development (TDD), and relevant architectural design patterns.
  • Expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) principles and workflows, with experience in implementing these principles in cloud environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of REST principles, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and API strategy development, including experience with API management platforms like Azure API Management and Amazon API Gateway.
  • Engagement with open-source projects is highly valued and contributes to our culture of innovation and shared expertise.
  • Active participation and contributions to the local and global developer and architectural community, including thought leadership and mentorship.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly; experience in quantitative fields and modeling, with skills in numerical optimization, data mining, simulation, or model calibration.
