What You’ll Be Driving:
  • The enterprise-wide architectural vision and long-term technology strategy;
  • Leadership of Solution Architects, System Architects, and cross-functional technical initiatives;
  • Architectural governance: standards, guidelines, design processes, and documentation;
  • Scalability, reliability, and security of high-load, cloud-native distributed systems;
  • Evaluation and integration of new technologies, ensuring cohesive and future-proof architecture;
  • Alignment of architecture with business roadmaps and product strategy;
  • Resolution of complex technical challenges as the senior escalation point;
  • Continuous improvement of engineering and architectural best practices across the organization.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
  • 5+ years of experience in senior architectural or engineering leadership roles (Chief Architect, Lead Architect, Principal Engineer, Head of Architecture);
  • Proven expertise building and scaling large, distributed, cloud-native systems (AWS / GCP / Azure);
  • Strong command of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, C4), system design, and modern engineering principles;
  • Deep understanding of security, high availability, observability, performance, and cost efficiency;
  • Experience defining architectural standards and building effective governance processes;
  • Strategic mindset: ability to connect architectural decisions to business strategy and long-term value;
  • Strong leadership: mentoring architects, influencing engineering teams, driving alignment across domains;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms;
  • Passion for innovation, modernization, and building scalable, resilient technology ecosystems.
