Commercial Project Manager (Interior Design)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager with strong technical and leadership skills to manage full project lifecycles — from quotation and budgeting to execution and completion — for commercial interior design and renovation projects.

• Prepare and review quotations, tenders, and project budgets.
  
  
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination to ensure timely completion.
  
  
• Manage client communication and project documentation throughout all stages.
  
  
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, suppliers, and contractors for efficient execution.
  
  
• Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, and design standards.
  
  
• Oversee cost control, variation orders, and final account submissions.
  
  
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues independently.
  
  
• Mentor junior team members and support operational improvement initiatives.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of full project management experience in interior design / renovation.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects independently.
  
  
• Strong technical knowledge in fit-out, M&E coordination, and site management.
  
  
• Excellent client handling and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
  
  
• Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  
  
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or equivalent.
