Regional Market Leader (Crypto)

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced Market Head leading the CIS regions.

• Design and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user growth and engagement in assigned markets.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with key influencers, communities, and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead both online and offline marketing efforts, including events, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Work closely with global marketing, business development, and product teams to align initiatives with brand strategy and business goals.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve performance targets and support long-term growth objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in technology, financial services, or related industries.
• Experience in leadership is required.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and community engagement in relevant regions.
• Established connections with influencers, media, or communities in target markets are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian are required.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach and ability to make data-driven decisions.
