We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - A digital assets trading platform. They are hiring a Tech Lead to join their team in Singapore (with relocation support).

Responsibilities

  • Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to align priorities and scope.

  • Track and communicate progress, highlighting blockers and resource needs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in software engineering, with experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong grasp of systems architecture, agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality projects on time and within scope.
  • Excellent communicator, adept at translating strategic vision into technical action.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and driving decisions in ambiguous settings.
  • Experience in trading systems, cryptocurrencies, or DeFi is a valuable bonus.
