Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated CMO with a deep-rooted passion for the blockchain and a proven track record in the ecosystem.

As the CMO at Lightblocks Labs, you will spearhead our marketing strategy to establish and amplify our presence in the global blockchain ecosystem. You will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience, driving awareness and adoption of our flagship product, eoracle. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Storytelling and Narrative: Crafting a compelling brand narrative and storytelling approach that resonates with the target audience and differentiates the brand in the market.
  1. Content Creation and Brand Messaging: Developing and managing the creation of content that consistently communicates the brand’s values, voice, and unique selling propositions across all platforms. Mainly on X/twitter
  2. Partnership Development: Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships that can enhance product reach, such as collaborations with L1 & L2 core teams, Dapp developers, or influencers in CT.
  3. Public Relations and Media Outreach: Managing public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and handling public communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  4. Sales and Marketing Material Development: Creating sales and marketing materials like pitch decks, product demos, and case studies that are tailored to assist the sales team in the selling process.
  5. Sales Engagement: Direct involvement in the sales process, including presenting the product, addressing technical questions and taking active part in closing integrations by articulating the product's value proposition effectively.
  6. Feedback Integration in Product Development: Relaying customer feedback and market insights to the product development team to help shape Eoracle network.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of senior marketing roles in the blockchain industry.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and smart contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and community building
  • Good understanding of how the industry works in terms of narrative building
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-driven approach to marketing.
