NAVER Vietnam Visual Experience (VVE)
The Vietnam Visual Experience represents NAVER Vietnam’s strategic expansion into the field of next-generation media and production technology.
As part of NAVER’s global vision to redefine storytelling through technology, the Visual Experience team - known as Real-Time Engine Studio - combines production technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to build the next-generation content container for NAVER’s platforms.
We provide cutting-edge media technologies for NAVER’s diverse storytelling products, including CHZZK, Virtual YouTuber, K-POP, and Drama, enabling creators to deliver richer, more immersive visual experiences to users.
With a strong focus on AI-driven real-time rendering, virtual production, and visual computing, the Vietnam Visual Experience Center aims to become a global innovation center - bridging creativity, technology, and storytelling to shape the future of visual content within NAVER’s ecosystem.

Your daily task:
- Develop and operate backend services based on Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external services
- Build and maintain backend systems using RDB (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Develop backend services considering scalability, stability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through clear communication
Your background:
- Experience in backend development using Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Experience in building backend systems based on RDB
- Basic understanding of web service infrastructure
(Nginx, Tomcat, Redis, etc.) - Understanding or experience with Microservice Architecture (MSA)
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- 2+ years of backend development experience (Junior ~ Senior level)
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive tasks with high ownership
It's a big plus if you:
- Experience developing global services or handling large-scale traffic
- Experience with message queues such as Kafka
- Experience with NoSQL, large-scale data processing, or payment integrations
- Experience operating container-based services using Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with ELK Stack or distributed systems
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular
