What You'll Be Doing:

• Expertly guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process.
• Match clients with the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
• Clearly explain insurance plans and gather necessary application information.
• Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

We're Looking For Individuals Who Are:

• Ready to complete a comprehensive online training course (approx. 20 hours) before starting.
• Able to pass a federal background check.
• Highly coachable – you love learning and welcome feedback.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate application processes.
• Passionate about helping people and enjoy a customer-focused environment.
• Confident communicators over the phone.

What We Offer (Because Your Success Matters):

• Earn $40,000 - $65,000+ per year (base salary + commission).
• Paid, in-depth training (2-4 weeks).
