0. The Company

We are NerdHunt Dynamics (“Company”, "NerdHunt", “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in The Netherlands, the owner and provider of the NerdHunt Website (defined below).

1. Your Acceptance

NerdHunt owns and operates the website, www.nerdhunt.ai, the mobile version and any sites we have now or in the futures that reference these Terms & Conditions (collectively, “Site”, “Website”). If you visit or shop through the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (defined below) together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference.

2. About the Site and Products

The Site is a platform through which employers (“third party employers”) can promote job openings (“job posts”). Our Sites and/or Services, or communications you receive from our Sites and/or Services may include third-party content that we do not control, maintain or endorse. Third party employers are the issuers of the job posts and are solely responsible to you for the job posts listed. NerdHunt shall not be liable for any claim arising out of or relating to the job posts, including but not limited to, any claims for false advertising, product defects, personal injury, death or property damages.

3. Privacy

We will not sell your information. Our Privacy Policy makes important disclosures about how we collect, use and protect your personal information. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Site or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Site, is governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference and located below.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

As permitted by applicable law, you expressly agree that your use of the site, its content and any services or products obtained through the site is at your own risk. The site, its content and any services or products obtained through the site are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither NerdHunt nor its third party employers, or licensors nor any of their officers, directors, employees or agents make any warranty or representation as to the operation of the site or the content, any information contained on the site or the products, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will NerdHunt’s liability in connection with a product, and other available programs exceed the amounts paid for the applicable product, or service. We are distributors (not publishers) of the content supplied by visitors and third party employers. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content made available by members, visitors and third party employers are those of the respective author(s) and we are not responsible for any material posted by third parties. We cannot and do not endorse it in any way. We expressly disclaim any liability associated with material posted by third parties.

6. Withdrawal period

If you are an EU customer, you agree that NerdHunt provides you immediate access to your service as soon as you complete your purchase, without waiting the 14-day withdrawal period. Therefore, you expressly waive your right to withdraw from this purchase.

7. Availability

NerdHunt strives to keep the Website online most of the time, but does not guarantee constant availability of Website access and accepts no liability for down time or access failure due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including any failure by ISP or system provider).

8. Causes of Termination

If NerdHunt, in its sole discretion and without notice, considers that there is an immediate security or operational risk to the Service, any of its, your or a third party system, then NerdHunt may immediately suspend access to or use of the Service. The suspension of use and access is not a breach of the Terms. You, the client, acknowledge that the preservation of security, confidentiality and data is paramount. NerdHunt has no liability to you for suspending the Service under this provision. We reserve the right to permanently ban any user from our websites for behavior that goes against our guidelines. We will be the sole judge of guidelines violations and we do not offer appeals or refunds in those cases.

If we make changes to these Terms & Conditions, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of notice on our home page so that you are aware of the latest Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, so please review them frequently.
