Your impact 

We are currently adding to our bench of talent for programs focused on GenAI. Learners in these programs come from a decision sciences background and this program will be geared toward upskilling their knowledge. The program will specifically focus in the area of GenerativeAI and building chatbots. We are currently adding to our bench of talent, for programs that will run in 2024. The timeline and length of the contract will vary depending on program and client needs

A day in the life 

The AI Coach will need to be available for a live session with program participants one time per week (the time is TBD but these are typically 1.5 hours during business hours). Between attending the live session, providing office hours and asynchronous work, we estimate the total time commitment for this role to be 8-10 hours per week. 

Class support on lecture days 

  • Monitor appropriate Slack channels and answering Fellows’ questions
  • Support any Fellows who are experiencing technical issues accessing training platform or materials
  • Take attendance during office hours on the TA portal
  • Hold Team Office Hours via Zoom weekly with project teams
  • Hold Individual Office Hours via Zoom weekly with Fellows in your group so Fellows can ask you additional questions
  • Lead on Capstone Project Presentation day at the end of the program (More details to come)

Class support on non-lecture days:

  • Monitor your TA Slack channel to answer Fellows’ questions
  • Review the materials for the week so you are prepared to answer questions
  • Contribute to course design improvement through thoughtful feedback to Correlation One team
  • Participate in the weekly C1 & TA meeting (time TBD)
  • Submit weekly write-ups summarizing the week’s accomplishments and challenges.  This is due by Monday at 8pm EST each week
  • Hold live office hours during weekdays (If needed)

Your expertise 

  • 5+ years of experience in data- or AI-focused role
  • Deep understanding of business use cases in GenAI and how to measure business impact
  • Experience with ChatGPT and other GenAI tools, such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot, on a regular basis in a professional setting
  • Experience with crafting effective prompts using best practices in prompt engineering
  • Experience coaching mid-senior level professionals
  • Change management experience is ideal
  • Proactive in supporting program participants
  • Passionate about helping program participants succeed
  • Weekday Availability

Where you are

  • This role is remote and the ideal candidates will be located in the United States, Europe, or United Kingdom. 

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets. A reasonable estimate of the current rate for this position is $50-$60/hr. Please note that the shared rate is specific to the United States. A performance bonus for this role is also available.
