As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing and new business campaigns across The Hanover Group. You will work closely with teams across our global network to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Marketing:
- Support the Marketing Director in day-to-day activities.
- Manage and maintain the company database.
- Segment and build targeted contact lists.
- Oversee the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Produce email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
- Develop press releases for new business wins and company news.
- Monitor industry trends and identify key influencers.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Oversee social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Track online activity and analyse performance metrics.
- Coordinate award entries and manage timelines.
- Maintain a marketing content calendar and media grid.
- Build strong relationships with teams and senior management.
- Branding and Design:
- Assist in developing branded materials aligned with company guidelines.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across the group.
- Brief and liaise with designers.
- Utilise InDesign to create and manage company image assets.
- Event Planning and Delivery:
- Assist in event planning, venue sourcing, and logistics.
- Use marketing automation tools to manage invitations and track RSVPs.
- Provide on-site support at events.
- Monitor event attendance and track analytics.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital trends.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and WordPress.
- Interest in current affairs and news.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
