About the role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you're driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement through product-led growth (PLG) and virality strategies. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll be helping to accelerate acquisition, working across a variety of channels to drive both new and returning users into the world of ResortPass by leveraging product features, user behaviors, and organic sharing mechanisms to optimize the full customer lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.

  • Own the development and execution of PLG and virality strategies, including referral programs, in-product messaging, onboarding optimizations, content marketing, partnerships, and organic channels (SEO, social, user-generated content).
  • Scale user acquisition and retention organically, leveraging data to optimize viral loops, user funnels, regions, and customer segments while minimizing reliance on paid channels.
  • Manage growth experiment budgets; flag risks early, and course-correct without handholding.
  • Run disciplined testing across PLG initiatives: build and maintain a roadmap of experiments across onboarding flows, referral incentives, in-app prompts, email nurtures, and viral feature enhancements.
  • Deliver performance forecasting and scenario modeling in partnership with the Head of Growth (weekly, monthly, and annual views).

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to embed growth tactics into the product, optimize user funnels, and create shareable experiences that drive virality.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on PLG and virality for direct-to-consumer or SaaS/ecommerce brands, with demonstrated success in driving organic acquisition, retention, and viral growth at scale.
  • Expertise implementing viral mechanics, with a strong command of metrics like viral coefficient (k-factor), activation rates, retention curves, LTV, and CAC (with emphasis on organic channels).
  • Highly analytical thinker. You’re comfortable working with large, messy data sets and distilling complex inputs into clear, actionable insights.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. You proactively flag risks, identify opportunities, and push for what you believe in.
  • Bias toward system-building over hacks: you use frameworks to scale yourself, and leave behind infrastructure that outlasts individual wins.
  • Intellectually curious and commercially sharp. You think like a growth leader, not only as a channel operator.
