The Team:
Join a fast-paced, cross-functional team dedicated to transforming job search experiences through cutting-edge AI and intuitive mobile solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, data, UX/UI, and marketing, while reporting directly to our management board. Your Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of our mobile product vertical—from ideation through launch and beyond. This role is pivotal in shaping our mobile strategy and delivering high-impact, AI-powered job search experiences on native mobile platforms.

You’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and play a foundational role in setting up and guiding a dedicated mobile team. While your primary focus is on mobile, your scope may expand to new product areas as we grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the end-to-end development of our native mobile apps with full product ownership

• Define the mobile value proposition to complement our AI-powered job search web platform

• Develop and own the mobile product strategy, including platform prioritization (iOS/Android)

• Build and lead a dedicated mobile team, balancing internal and external resources

• Design innovative, mobile-specific features leveraging smartphone capabilities and AI

• Work with backend teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow

• Establish key metrics for app performance, engagement, and revenue contribution

• Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement

• Balance stakeholder input with agile MVP-focused execution

• Stay ahead of mobile and AI technology trends to inform product direction

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

• Hands-on experience with mobile app development and the publishing ecosystem

• Proven track record of launching successful mobile products

• Strong product vision with a user-centered design mindset tailored to mobile experiences

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of ownership and accountability

• Experience building and leading cross-functional mobile teams

• Deep understanding of mobile development approaches (native, hybrid, PWA)

• Technical fluency to collaborate on architectural decisions

• Excellent decision-making skills under ambiguity and pressure

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills

You Will Have An Edge If You Have:

• Familiarity with mobile-specific features (e.g., push notifications, offline capabilities, device APIs)

• Experience working with mobile analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks

• Background in consumer-facing, subscription-based products
