About the opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Product Manager (Trading UI) to join our Product team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the product vision and strategy for WOO X’s trading interface, leading the creation of intuitive and efficient UI features for our platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our trading interface provides an exceptional user experience that meets the needs of both professional and casual traders. Interested? What you’ll be working on:

• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for trading UI features, from concept through to launch and refinement.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to define and implement product requirements, translating user needs into technical specifications that drive a seamless trading experience.
• Leveraging a deep understanding of crypto trading mechanics to design features that enhance trading efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Conducting user research and tracking market trends to identify improvement opportunities for the trading UI and introducing innovative solutions to enhance the user journey.
• Creating and managing a clear product roadmap for the trading interface that aligns with business objectives and meets the evolving needs of users.
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of trading UI features, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize the product.
• Promoting a culture of collaboration, clear communication, and agile execution within the product team and with other departments.

About you:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, focusing on technical products.
• Proven track record in the development and launch of core trading or swapping features, especially within a trading UI.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A data-driven approach to product development with a focus on user needs.
• Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Out-of-the-box and startup mindset.
• Fluent in verbal and written English (C1+).
