We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who’s passionate about turning data into stories and insights and who gets excited about the potential of AI to transform how marketing decisions are made.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for marketing data and insights, using tools like Salesforce and marketing attribution tools to help our team understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we should go next. You’ll also be a key player in helping us identify and implement the best AI technologies to make our analytics faster, smarter, and more predictive. This is a great fit for someone who loves data, thrives on collaboration, and wants to be part of a marketing team that’s serious about innovation.
Your salary starts from 2800 € gross per month with restricted stock units and other benefits included. You can work from our Bratislava office or from home (Slovakia) on a full time basis.
What You’ll Do- Dig into marketing data from Salesforce, Hockeystack, and other tools to uncover insights that shape campaigns, content, and customer strategy.
- Build dashboards and reports that make complex data simple and actionable for marketing and leadership teams.
- Experiment with AI-powered analytics — from predictive models and segmentation to generative AI tools that surface new marketing opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can help us level up our marketing intelligence stack.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to make sure insights drive real business impact.
- Tell great data stories — not just numbers, but clear, compelling narratives that influence decisions and strategies.
- 5+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or marketing operations (B2B experience a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Attribution tools, and data visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python is a plus
- Experience using AI or machine learning tools for marketing insights, forecasting, or automation.
- A curiosity for new tech — you love testing tools and figuring out how to make them work for your team.
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex data in a way that gets people’s attention.
- You’ll be shaping how AI transforms marketing analytics — not just following trends, but leading them.
- You’ll work with smart, curious teammates who care deeply about data and experimentation.
