UI Engineer jobs

Job Summary:
As a UI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and
maintaining the UI/UX for our portfolio of customer facing Business Intelligence
applications. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our user experience
satisfies written requirements, technical and branding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and maintain multi-user interfaces and experiences using
our proprietary BIAP platform.
 Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other
stakeholders to gather requirements and define UI specifications.
 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
 Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of UI code.
 Identify potential design issues and collaborate on resolution.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our
applications remain current and competitive.
 Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to Kanban
ceremonies and practices.
 Create and maintain technical documentation related to UI design and
implementation.
 Participate in CoreUI, standardizing a library of reusable components,
integral to our BIAP platform.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
 Proven experience (4+ Years) as a UI Engineer, concentration on Angular
and Typescript
 Proficiency with state management concepts (ngrx, rxjs)
 Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Self-motivated to learn, grow, and accomplish.
 Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
 Knowledge of API technologies (e.g., Java) is a plus  Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
 Proficiency with other front-end technologies (JavaScript, React) is a plus.
