Our mission is to empower growing companies by offering fast, flexible funding solutions that drive success.   Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Finance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business by promoting CapFlow’s financing solutions to business owners and decision-makers. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to break into the commercial finance industry with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach • Educate business owners on the benefits of invoice factoring and factoring lines of credit • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads • Develop and nurture client relationships through the sales cycle • Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

Qualifications: • 1+ year of sales experience preferred (finance, B2B, or related industry a plus) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Salary Range

$50,000 - $50,000 USD
