- Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7–10 years leading complex projects, managing teams, and delivering results.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 (preferred)
- Skills: Expertise in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), construction software (Procore, Bluebeam), and financial management.

Southern California Pay Range
$198,000 - $221,000 USD
