Marketing Operations - Limassol Hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic fintech company. As a Marketing Operations Specialist,you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes, systems, and data to drive efficient and effective marketing campaigns. You will be responsible forplanning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks including email marketing and translations coordination. For this role, you will need experience in marketing operations and project management, with excellent communication and analytical skills. Reporting to Lead Marketing Operations.


How you are going to make an impact 🛠

  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to run Jira tasks (CRM, campaign launches, product launches, etc.).
  • Coordinate marketing projects and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including reports, strategic projects, maintaining marketing calendar timelines, and tracking the progress of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate localization activities.
  • Manage blog content.
  • Evaluate existing marketing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for streamlining, automation, and improved efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and guidelines for marketing operations, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Manage all aspects of the webinar process, including coordination with analyst on scheduling, topic selection, speaker engagement and promotion.
  • Conduct competition analysis.
  • Manage Finyard's social media marketing (SMM) and assist with employee branding activities.


Discover your Fit 🪄

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 4 or more years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related field
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (GA, GTM, Amplitude, etc.) and email marketing tools Mailchimp
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in fintech domain or related industries
  • Experience in localization management
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
