The Sales Admin will support the Sales Team in managing daily operational tasks and ensuring smooth coordination with customers, particularly those with frequent transactions with Fusion. This role will be responsible for preparing shipping and financial documentation, assisting in onboarding new customers, processing orders, and providing general administrative support to maintain strong customer relationships.

What You Can Do For Us

  • Documentation and Shipping Support:
    • Prepare shipping labels and related export documentation, including customs declarations and traceability lists (SN Lists).
    • Create and upload Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) and serial numbers as required.
  • Financial Reconciliation:
    • Perform regular financial reconciliation with customers, including documentation review and confirmation.
  • New Customer Onboarding:
    • Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and assist innew account setup.
    • Collect, verify, and file materials neededto create customer profiles and codes.
  • Order Processing and Post-Order Follow-Up:
    • Process orders, release shipments, prepare and manage associated
    • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Prepare necessary documentsto support payment processing.
    • Provide quotations to selected customers and support account management when needed.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Compile, review, and manage documents that require signatures and stamps.
    • Support clear and timely communication between internal teams and external partners.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales support, order management, or related administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficient with standard business tools (especially Excel).
  • Able to multitask and take on new roles as and when assigned.
  • Able to work independently and have initiative, good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Having high attention to detailsand good in communication with different divisions
  • Work cooperatively with others to achieve targets and objectives.
