Account Manager – Data CentersNew

Job Summary: 

The Data Center Retrofit Services Salesperson will drive the growth of Infinitum's retrofit solutions for data center cooling applications, including existing air handlers, Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAHs), and Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRACs). This role is responsible for identifying and engaging data center end-users, presenting the compelling value proposition of Infinitum’s Aircore EC retrofit offerings, accurately estimating project scopes, costs, and working closely with mechanical and electrical subcontractors to ensure successful project implementation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and cultivate relationships with data center end-users and decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline. 

• Clearly articulate the unique value and energy efficiency advantages of Infinitum’s Aircore EC motor retrofit solutions. 

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that demonstrate Infinitum’s value proposition and differentiation. 

• Conduct thorough site evaluations to estimate project scope, effort, and costs accurately. 

• Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical subcontractors to plan and execute retrofit projects smoothly and successfully. 

• Negotiate and close orders, achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas. 

• Provide market feedback and customer insights to internal teams to continuously enhance Infinitum’s service offerings. 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably related to data center cooling systems or HVAC services. 

• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. 

• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, air handling equipment, and related mechanical/electrical systems. 

• Experience estimating retrofit project costs and scopes is highly desirable. 

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. 

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%. 

• Located within proximity to a major metropolitan area.
