The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) who brings a broad product background and a deep commitment to customer-centricity. You will lead product initiatives within an agile development team, collaborating closely with the tech lead and designer to deliver effective solutions. With full ownership of your area of responsibility, you will balance customer needs, business value, and company product strategy to drive the evolution of our product as we scale.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Berlin, reporting directly to the CPO.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area in alignment with overall company objectives.
• Impact the overall product strategy by collaborating with the Product leadership team and ensuring customer-first thinking is at the forefront of product decisions.
• Lead development and optimization plans to drive growth and engagement for Wunderflats, handling large scopes effectively under high-pressure conditions.
• Work closely with various stakeholders beyond your agile team throughout the product discovery, solution, and execution phases.
• Develop efficient and innovative product solutions to business challenges based on both quantitative and qualitative customer insights, demonstrating resilience in the face of obstacles.
• Be the product lead for your agile development team, optimizing existing processes and proactively setting milestones and product increments from your roadmap.

How You Will Add Value

• Bring 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in startups or scale-ups, collaborating closely with founders.
• Champion the user in every decision, balancing customer impact, business value, company strategy, and speed to market.
• Lead with a collaborative style that fosters communication, trust, and teamwork, empowering the team to thrive even in high-pressure situations.
• Connect product innovations to Wunderflats’ long-term growth, always planning with a strategic, forward-thinking approach.
• Rely on data and analytics to guide decisions, shape solutions, and measure outcomes.
• Strengthen our team with expertise in product management techniques, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate fluently in English
