We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing & New Business Lead to amplify our reputation and drive growth. You'll be the driving force behind our marketing and new business strategy, leading the charge in captivating prospective clients, strengthening relationships with existing ones, and solidifying our position as a leading agency within Landor and the WPP network. 

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and new business strategies, targeting key audiences and leveraging impactful campaigns.
    Spearhead content creation, manage social media presence, and oversee website strategy to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Lead inbound and outbound new business efforts, from opportunity identification and pitch preparation to relationship management and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, client services, etc.) and external partners (PR agency, WPP network) to deliver seamless and impactful campaigns.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing and new business performance, identifying areas for optimisation and growth.
