Packard Culligan is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team! If you're a seasoned leader looking for a career-defining opportunity, we invite you to consider this pivotal role in our Montana and Idaho Markets.
This position operates as a leader in the Packard Culligan franchise group, a family-owned and operated enterprise with nearly 80 years of industry expertise. You will join a team dedicated to expanding our customer base and driving business growth.
You will have responsibility to manage Residential sales and Commercial Drinking Water sales employees, activities, and results at our Bozeman, Butte, Boise, Billings, Twin Falls Dealerships.

Crafting Winning Strategies:
- Develop sales goals and activity requirements that align with your winning strategy.
- Keep an eye on the competition and devise plans to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
- Use data and analytics to predict your sales team's resource needs.
- Work closely with marketing leaders and agencies to align your strategy with the bigger game plan.
- Lead your team in brainstorming creative strategies and initiatives to achieve your sales targets.
Leadership Excellence:
- Communicate clear expectations for sales activities and results, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Take charge by providing oversight and holding your sales leads and representatives accountable.
- Ensure your sales team receives the necessary training and development to excel.
- Be a mentor, offering regular coaching, development, and performance management.
- Utilize sales metrics to guide your team, identifying trends and opportunities for both individuals and the group.
- Keep the sales team's efforts in sync with the company's vision and values.
- Lead your team through transitions and ensure they embrace new approaches with open communication.

- Provide guidance and coordination for sales-related activities, collaborating with operations and service partners.
- Team up with internal stakeholders to develop innovative approaches and initiatives that set your team apart in the market.

Experience Requirements:
- Bring at least 2 years of sales leadership experience to the table.
