We are seeking a passionate and visionary Product Manager to take the reins of ambitious projects and transform ideas into digital solutions that delight our users. You don't just follow trends, you create them. Your mission? To lead the design and development of innovative products, placing the user at the heart of every decision. Collaborate with talented teams, guide strategic choices, and look beyond features to create memorable experiences. You will be the driving force behind digital transformation, putting people at the center of processes in the manufacturing sector.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining the vision of a module: Establish and maintain a clear vision for the module, ensuring it aligns with the strategic objectives of the company and market expectations.
  • Managing the product lifecycle: From design to market launch, through various iterations and improvements based on user feedback.
  • Prioritizing development: Define the priorities of features to be developed based on their impact on the user experience and business objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with teams: Be the liaison between developers, designers, product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Analyzing product performance: Use data to understand usage and the impact of features, and adjust the development plan/vision accordingly.
  • Conducting user research: Deeply understand user needs and behaviours to guide the development of relevant solutions.
  • Ensuring quality: Ensure the final product meets quality standards and functional and non-functional requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management in the digital technology sector.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Education: Degree in management, computer science, UX/UI design, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana), and basic principles of UX/UI design.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make decisions based on the insights obtained.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and motivating a team.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong empathy for users and an ability to translate their needs into innovative features.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is an asset.
  • Experience in B2B companies is an asset.
