The Product Marketing Director will play a critical role in defining how Enformion’s solutions are positioned and brought to market. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also execution-driven, with experience in B2B technology or data platforms. You will develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate Enformion’s offerings, support revenue growth, and align with customer needs. 

Salary: $150k-$180k

Key Responsibilities 

       Positioning & Messaging 

  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences and verticals. 
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused narratives that highlight benefits and ROI. 
  • Develop buyer personas within the industries we serve 

       Go-to-Market Strategy 

  • Partner with product management to plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success. 
  • Build and maintain go-to-market playbooks, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials. 
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to create campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth. 

       Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights 

  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform positioning, pricing, and product strategy. 
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation. 
  • Share insights and recommendations with product and executive teams. 

      Sales Enablement 

  • Develop sales tools, pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators to support the sales process that correspond to different buyer roles. 
  • Train sales and customer-facing teams on product positioning, messaging, and market context. 
  • Develop a range of customer testimonials for external/internal use, including written case studies 
  • Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis 

      Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with product management to align roadmaps with customer needs and market opportunities. 
  • Work closely with demand generation, content marketing, and digital teams to execute integrated campaigns. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS, data intelligence, risk, or compliance technology. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles. 
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience conducting market and competitive analysis. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
