Jomboy Media is seeking an NYC-based Intern to join our fast-growing team of trendsetters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to make an impact in a hyper-growth environment. This person will work with our social team on a daily basis, primarily working on graphic design for our social accounts. We are in-office and expect all interns to be either at our NYC office or Warehouse in Jersey City on their assigned days.

Requirements

Strong familiarity with Jomboy Media content across all platforms.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and have access to Photoshop.
Have a strong portfolio of previous work for review and reference by hiring managers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of Jomboy Media’s brand, voice and audience.
You are here to get things done. You understand that in a start-up environment everyone wears multiple hats.
You are organized, creative, a good communicator and a team player.
Able to work out of either our NYC office or Warehouse in Jersey City.

Responsibilities

Assist the social teams with various tasks & projects.
Contribute new and creative ways to engage our community members through our digital content and social channels.
Work with the team to create graphics for our range of social media accounts.
Help with one-off internal graphics requests.

*Our internship program is currently unpaid. Candidates must receive school credit.
