Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers (PMs) with front-end paperwork and project startup documentation.
- Support the preparation and organization of submittals, safety paperwork, and other project-related documentation.
- Aid in meeting startup requirements for various projects to ensure readiness.
- Collaborate with all PMs to provide assistance as needed across different project phases.
- Key Skills and Experience:
- Must have a solid understanding of submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
- Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant PM.
- Role Characteristics:
- Detail-focused work, especially in managing submittals and creating comprehensive submittal packages.
- Non-client-facing role, focused solely on internal collaboration within the Muller team.
- Critical for project readiness and ensuring smooth project initiation.
- Growth Opportunity:
- Potential for the role to evolve into a Project Manager position in the future, depending on performance and development.
Required Qualifications:
- At minimum 2 Years Experience in Construction with site development experience preferred
- Prior Experience as an Project Admin or Project Engineer
- Ability to read/understand project drawings
- Must have experience managing projects
- Must have focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in submittal processes
- Must be highly organized and able to manage documentation efficiently
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment and progress
