Casual assignment working full-time hours 37.5 hrs each week
π Mon-Fri 9:00 am β 5:00 pm or 8:00 am β 4:00 pm (Flexible)
π― Help customers daily β Answer calls and emails through CRM
π Coordinating booking requests, new service requests, maintenance requests, and service inquiries for our SME customer base
π Reviewing customer invoicing
π Full training provided β Feel confident from day one

Must have a car to get to work as there is no public transport close by
Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) β Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
Intermediate excel and invoicing backgrounds a plus!
Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills β both written and verbal
