What You’ll Do

• Oversee all phases of home renovation projects: planning, quality control, purchasing, scheduling, and close-out
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Maintain quality control and resolve issues promptly
• Communicate with clients and project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years in residential or commercial renovation project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• PMP or Construction Management certification preferred
