What You’ll Do
- Oversee all phases of home renovation projects: planning, quality control, purchasing, scheduling, and close-out
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain quality control and resolve issues promptly
- Communicate with clients and project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years in residential or commercial renovation project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- PMP or Construction Management certification preferred
