Senior Software Engineer, Guest Experience

What We’re Looking For

Breezeway is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our Guest Experience team. This role is ideal for an execution-focused engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-impact solutions efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain our guest experience products, building applications including guest communication, on-call support, guest-facing tooling and upsells product.
• Monitor releases, troubleshoot issues, and leverage Datadog to diagnose system performance.
• Work with our Product team to refine technical requirements and ensure seamless deployment to our customers.
• Serve as technical leader on projects from conception through to deployment, collaborating with the Principal Engineer on architecture.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of full stack development
• Strong React skills, with experience in Python or similar language
• Experience in a B2B environment with experience in B2C additionally valuable
• Experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, and TypeScript
• Experience monitoring and debugging web applications using Datadog or similar tools.
• Experience with Git or another distributed source control system
• Experience with AI development practices
