About the Job:
Seeking a highly skilled B2B regional marketing manager to lead our UKI / ME / Nordics / Benelux marketing initiatives, execute marketing programs and events, and manage regional channel partners and alliances to support aggressive growth goals.
This role requires strong alignment with the marketing team members in EMEA and at HQ and the ability to work closely with the regional sales team members and BDMs to execute across the region.
Successful candidates must be able to self-start, plan, and execute. This is a very hands-on roll that requires you to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself. At a start-up, everything is your job and responsibility and there is no room for passivity or passing the baton. If this is not you, please do not apply.
Primary Objectives
- Define regional marketing goals and objectives to meet overall company revenue objectives
- Create regional marketing plans for FY in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Team and monitor budgetary spend to stay on track and on budget
- Work and coordinate cross-functionally with Alliances, OEM, channel, and regional marketing teams on programs and activities
- Plan and map target accounts and marketing objectives with Channel partners
- Drive and execute regional marketing programs, activities, and events
- Track metrics weekly to regularly assess ROI of activities and ideate new activities and programs when others don’t perform
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to revenue goals by executing data-driven marketing initiatives that activate, inspire, convert, and engage customers.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Alliances, OEM, channel, and regional marketing teams on various programs.
- Develop the UKI, ME, Nordics, and Benelux marketing plans for the fiscal year and monitor budget expenditures to ensure alignment with goals and staying within budget.
- Implement low- or no-cost guerrilla marketing tactics to drive awareness and lead gen in the regions.
Events

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and SE teams to plan and recruit for events, managing deliverables across departments.
- Oversee event logistics, production, signage, shipping, and staffing for tradeshows and local events.
- Directly interface with vendors, technology partners, and customers to coordinate demos, booth logistics, speaking opportunities, and social functions, ensuring a top-tier event experience aligned with the go-to-market strategy.
- Research and evaluate new event options for relevance to target audiences and messaging.
- Handle all onsite tasks at events, including setup, teardown, vendor management, troubleshooting, audience engagement, product pitching, and staff coordination.
Demand Gen

- Responsible for creating, expanding, and implementing paid demand gen campaigns to generate leads, increase awareness, and qualify prospects through various channels (content syndication, digital ads, paid social, SEM, webinars, etc.).
- Focus on maximizing ROI by optimizing campaigns and content to improve performance.
- Negotiate programs and collaborate with media vendors to find opportunities to leverage data and campaign creativity, capturing more leads at a lower cost per lead (CPL).
- Ensure continuous optimization through A/B and multivariate testing for both demand gen and nurture content.
- Collaborate with alliances and channels on cross-functional, co-sponsored inbound and outbound campaigns.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in marketing for a tech company
- 3+ years’ channel experience
- Strong work ethic and pro-active self-starter with the ability to perform with minimal direction
- Unflinching attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally
- Captivating and assertive booth presence, with the ability to “draw” lots of people in
- Exceptional “never take no for an answer” negotiation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to stand your ground without alienating others
- Laser focus on accomplishing corporate and departmental objectives
- Passion for data-driven marketing
- Flexible with an aptitude for working in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker, with examples of guerilla campaigns and directions that you conceived and drove from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey ideas
- Team player, but can work just as well on your own
- Pride yourself on your ability to juggle tasks and not let anything fall through the cracks
- Based in the UK
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Significant travel required for events (40%+) including UK, Nordics, Benelux, and Middle East
- Social media a plus
- Start-up or small, agile company experience preferred
