About the Role: Curaleaf is seeking a dynamic Sr Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand-building initiatives and customer engagement strategies across Florida’s rapidly evolving cannabis market. This role is responsible for creating and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate Curaleaf’s product positioning. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data insights, the Marketing Communications Manager will refine tactical approaches to strengthen brand loyalty, grow market share, and enhance customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Campaign Development:
- Design and implement state-wide marketing communications plans that align with Curaleaf’s brand voice and business objectives.
- Oversee integrated campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and in-store promotions, to drive consistent customer engagement.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to Florida’s cannabis laws and regulations, collaborating closely with legal teams to maintain compliance and uphold brand integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, operations, product development, and retail teams to create cohesive messaging and seamless customer experiences.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, on-brand assets and materials.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
- Leverage market research, consumer insights, and campaign analytics to iterate and refine marketing tactics.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition, retention, and brand sentiment.
- Brand Positioning & Storytelling:
- Develop compelling brand narratives and content strategies that highlight product benefits, address consumer needs, and position Curaleaf as a trusted leader in the Florida cannabis market.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage marketing budgets, prioritize projects based on ROI, and oversee relationships with vendors to optimize resource allocation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the retail, healthcare, or regulated industries. Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Regulatory Awareness:
- Familiarity with Florida cannabis regulations or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt communications strategies to remain compliant.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, and project management software.
- Strong command of digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid advertising, content management).
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate insights and strategies into compelling storytelling.
- Demonstrated history of building effective partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
