We’re searching for a Performance Marketing Manager to support in the planning, execution, and optimization of all of our paid search campaigns at Havenly. Reporting to our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, our ideal candidate will bring a passion for the digital marketing landscape and understand the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. Our ideal candidate will take a highly analytical, cross-channel, and thoughtful approach to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough results and growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of a fast-growing and well-known consumer startup. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across paid search platforms (Google, Bing) and other PPC channels to drive revenue and conversions
  • Actively research search trends and test keywords; develop and manage bidding optimization across brand portfolio
  • Analyze and triangulate data from multiple attribution sources to develop insights to inform account structure and budget allocation
  • Test net-new ideas, landing pages, and campaign types across the funnel to improve overall channel efficiency
  • Prepare and present recurring KPI reporting for Growth team and broader organization
  • Share performance insights, learnings, and go-forward strategy with leadership team
  • Proactively recommend action items intended to support topline goals and scale accordingly
  • Work closely with the broader Growth and Creative teams to develop brand-aligned assets and refresh creative and copy regularly
  • Keep current on the latest trends and best practices in the search marketing space and utilize third-party resources to explore new paid opportunities
  • Conduct competitor and account audits periodically to identify opportunities to unlock efficiencies
  • Manage direct report and day-to-day vendor relationships (i.e. Google Ads account reps)

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or similar field
  • 5+ years of recent SEM/PPC campaign management or similar role within digital marketing or comparable experience
  • Expertise in setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads (experience with Bing and other PPC ad platforms is a plus)
  • Experience leveraging data from disparate sources in Excel, and tracking and reporting KPIs through tools such as GA4, Looker and Rockerbox
  • Keen understanding of broader performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools
  • Proven ability to test, analyze, and iterate on campaigns, ad groups, ads and keyword lists
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear, reliable performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done
  • Working knowledge of other marketing channels such as paid social, display, CTV and how they interact with and impact SEM performance
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Tag Manager a plus
  • Preference for those with experience in DTC ecommerce

Additional Details: 

  • This is a hybrid full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, NYC, and or Dallas. The expectation for this role is that the individual will be onsite 2-3 days per week.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $85-90K/year, dependent upon experience.
