Internship | Sales OPS

Practicalities 

• Starting: April or May 2025 for 6 months - 35 hours/week from 09:00/1700 or 12:00/20:00
• Available on 2 Saturdays out of the month
• The internship allowance is €850 per month
• You will work from our Cergy office, in France

Your role and impact 

• You will respond to user requests and needs quickly via email, chat, and phone.
• You will contribute to user satisfaction and loyalty through your responsiveness, your interpersonal skills, and the quality of your responses.
• You will be responsible for moderating listings: verifying the quality of listings posted by our clients within a given timeframe, in accordance with the commitments of our quality charter, and detecting fraudulent listings.
• You will be responsible for validating listings before going live (analyzing photo quality, etc.).
• You will assist our clients in posting their listings (providing advice on posting photos, videos, and virtual tours, etc.).
• You will be responsible for submitting tenant applications on our partners' platforms.

Your profile

• You are organized and adaptable
• You are fluent in French and English (written/oral)
• You are a good listener and know how to remain calm and collected in all situations
• You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• You are good at managing your time (ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines)
• You have keen observation skills (e.g., detecting fraudulent ads)
• You enjoy a challenge!
