Project Overview:
As the Lead Agile Coach, you will be instrumental in fostering an agile mindset across the organization. You will work closely with teams to implement agile practices, improve collaboration, and enhance delivery capabilities. Your involvement in the project will be carried out as an independent subcontractor.

Scope of service
- Lead the agile transformation journey across the organization, promoting agile principles and practices.
- Coach and mentor teams in the adoption of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance agile knowledge and skills among team members.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement agile frameworks that support business goals.
- Assess team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile practices and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Business level proficiency in Japanese reading, writing, and speaking.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
- Strong background in coaching teams and facilitating agile transformations in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent) are preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus..
