Project Overview:

Join us with your expertise as a scrum master, and you will be responsible for guiding teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that our projects align with strategic objectives and deliver value to our stakeholders. Your involvement in the project will be carried out as an independent subcontractor.

Contract type: Service entrust contract (業務委託)

Hourly rate: 5,000-10,000 JPY

Scope of service

• Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor team performance and provide insights to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Champion agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience leading multiple Scrum teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Leader (CAL), or equivalent) are preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
