About the Role: This is an advanced-level administrative position with experience, passion, and interest in business to business marketing. You will be at the forefront of our new venture, providing crucial support to ensure a smooth and successful launch and future growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Setup: Coordinate the setup of our new office space, ensuring everything is organized and ready to serve our employees and clients.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, oversee maintenance of company vehicles, and handle correspondence to keep our operations running efficiently.
  • Team Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Event Coordination: Organize grand opening events and other activities to celebrate our new office and engage with the local community.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content. This role will also be instrumental in creating content for RFP/RFQ documents for Idaho business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Administrative Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Administrative or Marketing Assistant, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Innovation: You thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to contribute to building something from the ground up.
  • Organizational Expertise: Your attention to detail and organizational skills are unparalleled. You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Communication Pro: Whether it's drafting emails or greeting guests, your communication skills are clear, professional, and friendly.
  • Creative Mindset: You have a knack for design and a passion for crafting visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Tech and Design Know-How: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and other office management software is a must.
