- Design and sequence educational programs with clear learning outcomes
- Create compelling session titles and program positioning
- Monitor and optimize program performance metrics including renewal rates
- Oversee program P&L and margin optimization
- Interview and assess potential external trainers for program fit and commercial viability
- Oversee and manage financial arrangements and structures
- Provide regular feedback to trainers on performance and program alignment
- Source and secure partnerships with AI tool companies and industry platforms
- Manage B2B inquiries from initial contact through proposal development and closing
- Develop partnership strategies with external AI companies and platforms
- Structure and negotiate commercial deals
- Curate industry resources and trends for weekly newsletters
- Develop content strategies to refresh and engage community communications
- Manage landing page updates and optimization
- Stay current with AI industry developments to inform program direction
- 3-5 years in program management, business development, or commercial roles
- Proven experience (3+ years) in ideating and developing creative content concepts around AI and emerging technologies.
- Track record in partnership negotiations and deal structuring
- Experience with P&L management and financial oversight
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities
- Content strategy or community management experience preferred
- Commercial acumen: Strong business judgment and negotiation skills
- AI curiosity: Genuine interest in AI trends with ability to quickly grasp industry developments
- Program thinking: Ability to structure learning experiences and design meaningful outcomes
- Relationship building: Excellent communication skills for managing trainers, partners, and prospects
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable with metrics, performance tracking, and optimization
