Overview:

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team with a focus on document support. This position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in Sales Operations who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively during EMEA hours.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the APAC & EMEA sales and account management teams to provide operational support and drive productivity.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and drive alignment across departments.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on tools, systems, and processes.
  • Effectively collaborate with managers and senior specialists.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Amenable to work during EMEA hours.

 

Additional Skills:

  • Prior experience working with sales operations, sales, and account management teams is advantageous.

 

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position, with flexibility to accommodate EMEA business hours.
