Join our team to take an active role in helping companies to decarbonize effectively and start your career in a fast-growing environment. Your main objective is to ensure that our sales and marketing processes scale with the demand we experience and that we hit our ambitious goals. As our Sales and Marketing Intern, you help us to build and continuously improve our business processes, together with our Sales & Growth Lead.
How you succeed
📈Learn how to position and sell software
- Work hands-on with our sales and marketing team, experiencing how SaaS sales work.
- Proactively manage our lead funnel and contact potential customers via all channels.
- Prepare and develop our internal documents, such as sales pitches or guides
- Participate and assist in meetings with our prospects
- Be part of our social media team
🎯Help to shape our go-to-market
- Closely work with our Sales & Growth Lead monitoring our market and competitive landscape.
- Manage your own projects by launching test balloons together with our marketing team to generate leads.

Hard Requirements
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
