The position

The Account Manager is instrumental in identifying and nurturing new partner relationships. Serving as the primary point of contact for potential partners, you will be responsible for identifying prospects and transforming them into valuable partners. Additionally, you will be tasked with fostering strong relationships, addressing partner needs, and ensuring ongoing communication. This position, reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, is a highly visible commercial role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to understand acquisition strategies, monthly targets, and upcoming product upgrades
  • Identify potential leads through various channels
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, email, etc., delivering compelling presentations of TopCompare's unique products and services
  • Visit qualified prospects, establish relationships, and present TopCompare products
  • Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups with partners to maintain strong relationships, engagement, and capture feedback.

To achieve your goals with us you will:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or similar education
  • Proven 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles. Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English, plus if French as well
  • Driving license
