What will your day look like?
In your role as a Project Manager focusing on our CRM and loyalty, you will organize and manage key client development projects for one of our major international clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating closely with Developers, the Experience team, the Consultancy team, and other specialized colleagues, as well as client-side stakeholders.
More specifically your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Developing detailed project scopes, plans, and budgets
- Proactively identifying and mitigating obstacles to minimize project risks
- Consistently meeting project deadlines and ensuring continuous progress
- Acting as a daily resource and sparring partner for your colleagues
- Actively contribute to developing project roadmaps and identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will be a key player in a network of Project Managers, Experience team (experience strategists, designers and copywriters), data insights, and Developers based in our Copenhagen office. What do you bring to the table?
You're an easy-going individual with a proactive and positive mindset, skilled at achieving excellent outcomes, even in the face of challenges. You excel at managing multiple projects at once, staying organized, keeping perspective, and paying close attention to details.
Additionally, you bring:
- At least 1 year of experience as a digitally focused project manager or similar role
- Experience with CRM/loyalty focused projects
- A strong interest in working with data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms
- Passion to work on customer centric projects; bringing the best experience to clients' customers
- The competence, confidence, and self-discipline needed to effectively manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ideally, you have experience with or knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, waterfall (which is the main methodology used internally)
