PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD (SEO)

What experience should you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in building, analyzing, and executing a range of SEO strategies in a consulting environment.
  • Ability to strategically lead higher-level SEO strategies, while also having experience and expertise with tactical execution of recommendations.
  • Track record of driving measurable results and impact from Organic Search initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise leading initiatives and developing recommendations related to Technical SEO, On-Site SEO, Content Strategy, and Local SEO workstreams.
  • Utilized Google Analytics (or Adobe Analytics), as well as tools such as Ahrefs or SEMRush to track performance, create an analysis, and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Expertise in two or more primary SEO tools (AHrefs, SEMRush, AccuRanker, Screaming Frog, Lumar, Content King, etc).
  • Knowledge of HTML, content writing, and editing to optimize web content effectively, address technical SEO issues, and contribute to content strategy and quality assurance efforts.
  • Exposure to  platforms that clients may use such as Wordpress, Webflow, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.

  • Manage budget, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations.
  • Actively participates in business development activities, including client pitches, estimating work and creating project plans.
  • Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
  • Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team.
  • Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.
