We are looking for a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) to run and develop our audience extension activities, with a strong focus on working with our different product teams to improve our current setup, automation and buying processes.

What You’ll Do 

Social Media Campaign Management:

  • Manage a high volume of paid social campaigns on Meta across multiple markets.
  • Ensure the cost-effectiveness of our social budgets for different markets.  
  • Analyze large data sets and generate campaign reports for assessing performance effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to our sellers across Europe.
  • Conceptualize and implement A/B testing strategies.
  • Design and create advertising assets for dealers for social media and onsite campaigns.

Product Improvements:

  • Collaborate with product teams involved to refine the media buying strategy and integrate our Social Advertising products deeper into our core products.
  • Standardize and automate our campaign set-up and reporting tasks to further increase efficiency.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track ROI and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns and product developments.
  • Test audiences and build case studies for our data products. 

 What you’ll bring 

  • 1-3 years of experience in campaign management in Meta (other social and display channels as bonus).
  • Comfortable analyzing large data sets of performance metric.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth and efficient processes between internal sales and external client stakeholders.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to question the status quo regarding processes and finding optimization potentials.  
  • Team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to get things done.
  • Ability to work cross-functional teams, different locations and markets.
  • Fluency in German and English.
