Team Lead, Sales Administration

Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of sales, customer experience, and operational excellence? Minitab is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Administration to drive smooth and efficient sales operations while supporting our customers and sales team.

In this hybrid role—part leader, part individual contributor—you will act as the vital link between Customer Order Management, Finance, Sales, and Minitab customers/prospects, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate customer information, and exceptional pre- and post-sale support. You’ll manage administrative workflows, maintain critical customer data, and provide insights that empower our sales team to succeed.

As the point of contact for your team, you’ll foster collaboration, ensure operational efficiency, and lead by example to deliver exceptional service and support.

• Facilitate and optimize order processing and customer information management.

• Support sales with opportunity and order-related data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service before and after sales.

• Manage administrative duties and workflows to support team efficiency.

• Lead, coach, and coordinate team activities to achieve operational goals.

• 3+ years of administrative experience (sales operations or related role preferred).

• Supervisory experience required.  

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Strong organizational, data management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
