  About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented individual to lead direct mail campaign initiatives for our Personal Loans and Personal Lines of Credit products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end direct mail programs within a highly regulated financial service environment, and a strong grasp of acquisition strategies.The Offline Marketing Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing all offline marketing Campaigns for customer acquisition. This individual will work cross-functionally with digital marketing, product, growth, Credit risk, credit bureaus and partnerships teams to develop and execute direct mail campaigns across products. This role is responsible for overseeing campaign planning, audience segmentation, creative execution, testing, analysis, and optimization to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

This role will be based in our San Francisco office in a hybrid capacity.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Develop and execute direct mail strategies to support acquisition goals for Personal Loans and Personal Lines of Credit.
  • Own the campaign calendar, working with cross-functional partners to align with product launches, seasonality, and performance insights.
  • Manage creative briefs, approvals, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time and compliant mail delivery.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to define audience segments using company and third-party data.
  • Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to optimize creative, offers, and targeting.
  • Measure and analyze performance of offline campaigns using internal tools and analytics.
  • Continuously improve campaign effectiveness based on learnings and data insights.

What We Look For:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on offline or integrated marketing in fintech, financial services, or fast-paced consumer industries.
  • Experience with tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau
  • Proven success running offline marketing campaigns 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure campaign impact.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, cross-functional, startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $130,000-$150,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
